How can we improve the ITNinja website and provide higher value to you?

  1. I'd like to see poorly rated content worth less

    After a certain number of people rate something poorly, subtract points from the user based on the rating assigned. For example, 10 people have rated by blog post and it has a 1-star rating, therefore I loose a couple of points originally provided for having submitted it.

  2. Ability to invite specific users to answer a question

    As opposed to a PM feature, keep my question public but let me invite specific members of the community to come and answer it. This way I can ask specific people questions, but everyone still benefits from the question and answer.
