Lose the Dell Kace monopoly
Appdeploy WAS to be a great place to get help with any app. Now all forums a monopolized by Kace questions. As a result, you will notice a huge drop in participation between the old appdeploy and the new itninja. As I don't know anything about Kace, I have little to none in the way of interest in helping any more.
Like AppDeploy, the site has a secondary purpose as a place for peer-to-peer KACE product support. But this is still very much the place to get help with any app.
We have provided features to help you avoid what you don’t like and even more to focus on what you do like…
The ability to include or exclude content from searches based on tags is now available: http://www.itninja.com/blog/view/avoiding-or-focusing-on-kace-materials-at-itninja
Outside of search results, you may find it beneficial to focus on what you do like by following tags to customize your activity feed and email digests.

Sure there are a lot of questions about KACE, but I feel like there are even more about software packaging, scripting, imaging, and general IT information. The members are very knowledgeable and eager to help with all issues, not just KACE problems. I don't really see this as being an issue.
It is a delicate balance Bryce. We are doing our best to position ITNinja as a product agnostic site that also happens to be where KACE customers go for peer-to-peer support. We need to continue to attract non-KACE users and not scare them off with too much product information in order to enjoy the heavy participation we always had as AppDeploy. The fact that everyone uses the site, including users of competitive products, has been a key differentiator for our community and driver for its success.

dont forget, this is first a KACE site, second an app site. atleast thats what I hope it is. KACE customers are the ones financially supporting this site.
@Jeff, in which area do you not see an edit button? Blog posts, questions, links and deployment tips should all provide edit buttons/links. Please be explicit so we can be sure something was not overlooked.
And an edit button for posts would be nice.
