How can we improve the K1000 GO App?

Allow custom fields based upon select queries.

We have a required custom field listing locations that gets its values using a query select statement. This field does not appear in the queue on the GO app so we are unable to create tickets. If we make the field not required, it still doesn't appear but tickets can be created.

        We also have a similar situation where we require a custom field listing locations. When the ticket is created the custom field is hidden and when you go to save the work order you receive an error message "There was an error creating the ticket 400-Location Required". Adding this feature would enable end user utilization of the app not just technician use.
