The ability to add more than one attachment at a time when creating a new ticket
Unable to add more than one attachment when creating a ticket without having to save and go back in to newly created ticket to add more attachments.

We started using this system and for us, multiple attachments is necessary . It should be very helpful for kace to apply this. It's an improvement that makes sense
We use e-mail for multiple pics so this will help us to transition to the app

We are using this system for our home builder repairs. We are very close to rolling this out live to our customers. However, not being able to get this improvement completed is slowing us down!
From what I understand, we are the first to use KACE in this aspect and it will be a huge selling point for your future users. Please make a priority.
Need to be able to attach multiple pictures. Also when we are typing in at the comments your words just disappear and you have no idea what you are typing.

Multiple pictures are necessary to explain most repairs. It takes a lot of extra time to go back & submit pictures one at a time.

It always requires more than one image to show the need, we waste time having to double back to submit the other images.
Multiple pictures are necessary because more than one area in the same house will need attention. Takes too long to create multiple tickets.

Pictures are necessary in order to assure the information is translated properly & having to save and go back to upload each picture is not using this software efficiently.
