  2. Provide an app for the Blackberry 10 OS (or at least port the Android app over since Blackberry 10 can run most Android apps)

    Most Android apps can be ported over to run on Blackberry 10 devices in less than an hour. A native Blackberry 10 app would be great but an Android port would work until that happens.

  3. Has anyone had weird changes on the Go App?

    When our KACE agents update a ticket in the GO app, the system add the following change: Changed Approval Required Before from "Close" to "Close".

    Even though this field has not been touched.

    Please log a ticket with our technical support team regarding this issue so we can better help troubleshoot the issue.

  4. Need reporting for bandwidth used by K1000 Go.

    If employees are to use a privately owned cell device to connect via the app, they may not have unlimited data plans. There needs to be a way to track/report on K1000 Go bandwidth usage.

    Since both iOS and Android devices have the ability to track data usage for individual apps, we are not planning to add a separate feature for app data usage for K1 GO at this time.

  5. Allow required custom fields in Go app

    Our required custom fields are not allowing us to save new tickets in the GO app. Once I removed the required status, I was able to create/save a ticket.

    If you are having issues saving tickets with required fields enabled, please open a ticket with the support team as this should be supported.
