Signature field on K1000go
I would propose placing an option that displays a report with the ticket data and a field on the ticket that we were able to collect customer signature using the phone's touch or tablet as we conclude a call of a ticket.

We basically need an immediate sign-off on the ticket via the technician's smart device (phone or tab) confirming that the job was completed when the techs visit our many remote offices on a daily basis.
I used a mobile CRM application which did it by capturing the signature as an attachment (png or jpg) which was linked to the case/ticket.
