Add a universal search as in the web appliance
Right now in the web application, we are able to use the universal search to look up a device by a custom asset tag with a five digit identifier. It would help greatly if you could search like this on the app (Enter the 5 digit asset tag number and have the machine assigned to that number pulled up.) as it is not always feasible to turn users' computers upside down and contort a smartphone/tablet to read the barcode of a monitor.

Currently Kace 1000 Helpdesk tickets will display under submitter :

LocationHowever KBox pulls more information from LDAP such as Department and Title for example. I would like to see these as hard fields and not as select fields as with the current submitter area. Attached is current submitter sample and the contact sample.

Remove ability to edit asset types in app
Remove the ability to click the arrow in the circle next to an asset field to modify that asset type. This shouldn't be available on the app and has led to inadvertent modification by field techs. Streamline the app to only allow the asset info to be changed, not the asset type itself.

Devices Change
In KACE you can go to Inventory > Devices, then choose your device and if there are any changes under category like software you can click on Changes. This would be a great help when i go to a Users desk and pull the changes they have made on my phone to trouble shoot the issue.

On the App on my iphone I could see all inventory, I have since switched to an android phone and only 30 items show in inventory, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still only 30 items show. I have 168 inventoried items and the search does not work to find them.

Ability to leave manager field blank within KACE
Would there be a way to allow the manager field to be blank within a user's account inside Kace? With the recent update there was an issue that caused a loop with the manager field and we were not able to leave this box blank for the President of our company. So I had to assign a dummy account in order for the Kace GO mobile app to work for us again. It would be mush beneficial to allow that field to be blank for the President and & CEO of the company.

Increase app functionality
I feel behind with the Kace app, I think it needs some improvement.
One area, the service desk, when viewing open tickets, I don't have the ability to decide what information I see. For example, when viewing a list of tickets, I currently see I am the owner (when I'm interested in the submitter), when I'm looking for a ticket that may have been opened by a company executive.
