New Apps on COBO-Smartphones should be added automatically (or with checkbox in App-Preferences) to desktop. Until now, all new apps are only visible in the "All Apps" Screen.18 votes
Thank you for your feedback. We are investigating the incorporation of this request as a feature within a future release.
Would like to see any devices that are sent via inventory discovery to the KACE SMA to show up as "Mobile" "Asset Subtype"
Currently, devices show up with the Asset Subtype = "none" this is useless. Please have these devices show up as "Mobile" Asset Subtype instead if possible.
Thank you.13 votes
We are looking into this issue and attempting to determine what SMA release this can be inserted into.
F.e. instead of OS and Model, change this to Notes or IMEI, like the customizing in KACE SMA Devicelist3 votes
We appreciate your feedback and your submission of this request. We will add this to our product backlog and investigate this potential enhancement.
After the successful completion of the Android rollout, the "Unenroll" button is displayed directly in the app. This caused confusion for some of our users. They unrolled their device directly after the rollout.
It would be better to initially hide the option at this point or present it less inviting.3 votes
Thanks for pointing this out! We have included this item for consideration with the dev team and are reviewing it further.
It seems that the command line option when you edit Win10 apps only allows up to 128 characters. If there's any configuration with the .msi installer, you may not have enough room for the full command. I'd like to see this opened up to 1000+ characters or at least allow a batch or zip file to be uploaded.1 vote
