Remote into Managed, Company Owned, Devices.
Similar to using UltraVNC, Teamviewer, (other remote assist) etc. to remote assist devices listed in the K1000 appliance. Specifically iPads/iOS devices. But instead of using one of the programs above, it would be integrated into the Kace MDM enrollment install.

Managed Work AppStore for iOS
I want to give my iOS users the possibility to install the apps they need from a managed collection of apps.
With Android the PlayStore in the workspace already offers such a function, it would be nice to create a corresponding equivalent on iOS.11 votesThank you for this feedback. Bulk Remove Local Accounts
Currently, there is no way to bulk remove local user accounts across all devices.
Our use case. Initially, all our devices have been set up with a common local admin account for management purposes. Since this is no longer needed, there should be a way to bulk remove instead of going through each individual device (we have 700+ devices) and remove said account. Very cumbersome
5 votesIf this is related to Mac (e.g., DEP-related profile info), this is definitely something we can look into. I'll add this request to our backlog list and review this with our development team.

Reporting Local User Accounts
Since there is no current way to bulk remove Local Accounts, I'm asking for a way to at least have reporting for Local User Accounts.
Recently reached out to Kace Support and there is no way to search, filter and sort for certain accounts that are list on certain devices. This means my team must go through each devices (we have 700+) to search for a local account and delete. As a follow up, we have to go back and check that it has been removed. Very tedious. Would love to see this added!

MDM should have the ability to limit data usage criteria over LTE for certain apps as defined in policy. Limit the ability of the end user to use LTE data for certain apps and force WiFi ONLY. This could be used for streaming video and other data intense apps to limit LTE data overages.

I like the concept of being able to help in the managing of data usage where possible with policies. I’ll take this back to the dev team and we’ll see where this fits in our backlog.

Deploy Usercertificates with SCEP
It would be appreciated if it were possible to distribute user certificates to the mobile devices via SCEP.

Enable Shared iPads
Please add Shared iPads to your MDM. As a school, we have multiple students using a single device and their progress in educational apps can be saved for each student when they have their own login. Not sure why this isn't enabled as other MDM solutions have it. Its a very important feature that apple has had for a long time. This should be a priority.

Limit location data stored in MDM
Create a policy or rule set that limits how long data is saved from tracking location settings. We would like to set this for all our phones to limit data for 30, 60, 90, or 180 days.

When we built location tracking, we definitely had a focus on privacy. This request fits right in with that mindset. Consider this added to our list for further investigation to see where we can fit this into a future release.

Set Deployment times
I have a current policy that i am testing. However the policy has been pushing out at 9pm every night. I think it would be beneficial to schedule pushes (Selecting a window 12-2pm). So users can get the push during business hours and if they need assistance they can stop by the IT dept for assistance.

Deploy security patches for macOS
Add the ability to check for, deploy and report on macOS security patches since patching is no longer supported on the SMA for Big Sur and later.
1 voteThis is a great request, and we’re glad you brought it up.
This basically exists today within the MDM product, albeit without the formal scheduling features you may be accustomed to within the SMA. We are looking into extending MDM functionality to accommodate that sort of thinking/logic/operation into the product.
