Make screenshots and attachments to ticket available in notification email
Our technicians (who are usually working remotely with no access to the helpdesk) receive an email when a new ticket comes in, however the screenshot that is usually included with the ticket is not attached to the email. We want Kbox to attach the screenshot to the ticket update email so our technicians can see what the problem is without logging into the Kbox.

Also updated to 11.1.263 and the problem still persists.
There must be just some kind of checkbox in the configuration where the realtive paths are changed to absolute URL-Paths...

When I checked the source code of one of my HTML email notifications, the image was included with the following:
src="/packages/hd_attachments/image003.png.0188dcccc69f2f1ffbe90932a73a77c2"
This doesn't work because the email client can't resolve the location. It shows the relative path but no externally resolvable internet address such as
src="http://k1000.company.com/packages/hd_attachments/image003.png.0188dcccc69f2f1ffbe90932a73a77c2"
Can this be fixed so we can get inline images with our notifications?

Yes this feature is a must. Many times we email instructions to users via attachments. To have to leave the KACE console to email an attachment is a big time waste.

Yeah this is really important. Users don't want to log into the web interface to see images. Admins either. :)
