OS version from Linux machines is not shown anymore with latest agent in
The OS information is incomplete now. It only shows the "PRETTYNAME" value from /etc/os-release and is not showing the OS version anymore. Please append the "VERSIONID" from /etc/os-release as it was in previous versions of the agent. This affected our reports and inventory.

Create an agent for ARM 64bit
Right now the arm agent works on 32Bit Raspberry (and if some changes are made also on other 32Bit ARM platforms) but not on 64Bit.
Since ARM has been moved to 64bit it would be nessesary to have also a 64Bit agent since the 32Bit one is incompatible to 64Bit.7 votes -
It would be nice to have the ability to archive/start the archive process from a client uninstall. IE a command line option to archive
When processing a batch of computers out of system it would be nice to have an archive option from the client uninstall. IE a switch that triggers an archive in the DB when the client is uninstalled with that switch.

Have the ability to show system try agent icon by label.
It would be nice to be able to show the agent icon on specific machines. Currently the ability only can be toggled on for the environment and cannot be shown on specific machines. It would be a good option to allow this to be turned on based on label categories so we could specify which machines we want the icon to be enabled on.

Apply label to Device from Ticket
Inside the ticket, where a user's device is pulled through, it would be very helpful to be able to apply labels to said device from a context menu. This would help in instances where, say, a software install is requested, and the label for said install can be applied by the technician directly from the ticket.
I currently need to click the (i) button, then 'view details', then apply the label to the machine, which takes me off of the ticket. Being able to do this directly on the page would be a great help.

Can we have the option to upload a company logo or information on the kace agent to show when you right-click.

Allow SMA Agent to be installed on alternate Drive\Folder
For those on the Education environment and using DeepFreeze, It ll be helpful to install the SMA Agent on to a non-default location or Drive.
Having that flexibility, we can easily install the on to non-frozen drives or partitions and keep our agent up-to-date. This was possible before with SMA version 8.0.

Need an advanced search/ Smart label field that uses A calendar to pick a specific date.
Currently, if you want to look at a ticket or ANY item that was created on a particular day, you cannot choose equals, since the date is stored differently than displayed, and includes a time stamp.
So, if i wanted to look for a ticket created on 9/9/20, I would do an advanced search like this.Created > (choose date) 9/9/20 and
Created < (Choose date) 9/10/20
This would get you all created on 9/9/20
Boy wouldnt it be swell if you could just choose
Created equals and use calendar to pick a day.3 votes -
Option to show KACE Agent in Programs and Features
KACE Agent appearance in Programs and Features was removed in version 6.x. Could an option be added either during installation or preferrably as an agent option in the Administrator Interface to show the KACE Agent in Programs and Features?

OS based notifications instead of multiple Kace Popups
Sometimes it can happen that multiple popups occur which is not always a good thing, especially if a fullscreen tool is used.
If possible send the KACE popup informations to the OOS using the OS based notifications3 votes -
Delay of agent start
Due to specialities in the environment it would be a great idea if we had an option to delay the start of the agent (like nohooks does not interfere with login and the ability to disable the splash screen etc)
Right now many tasks (incl the agent) start at bootup, but a delay of some of the tasks would be ideal (something like the agent starts 5min after the network connection has been done would be ideal)

Customization of Agent Alerts
I'd like to be able to customize the colors and other aspects of Agent Alerts shown to users when Managed Software or updates are installed.
Currently we have our logo on the Agent Alerts, but the orange gradient kinda clashes and doesn't look that good. Having some options to customize this from a branding perspective would be neat.

Linux Mint distro no longer working after upgrade to version 9.1.317
Hello, based on the ticket 4534473 I would like to ask you to re-enable the Linux Mint distro support in the KACe server. Our Linux Mint PCs stopped refreshing their inventories eversince the last upgrade to version 9.1.317. Things worked before the upgrade. Thank you.

Agent Install arguments to provision into specific org
It would be useful for complicated Org setup and unreliable filters (currently an issue with the LDAP/AD query in the public release) to be able to specify the destination Org during the install with an argument. This would allow for overriding the filters when needed, and offer much more control to ensure devices get to the intended destination.

Ability to Specify Agent Port Traffic
Set the port that agent uses to contact the appliance to something other than 443, so that Web UI can stay on 443 and we can offload SSL through a WAF, but set a separate virtual service that passes through the "konea" traffic to a different port with no SSL offload, so that agents can communicate through externally without leaving the external footprint compromised.
