Add true LDAP filtering
I need the ability to filter out a SUB OU from an LDAP label.
We have our AD organized by city, then under the city a couple of special OU's such as IT Computers. I need to exclude the IT computers from patches applied to the OU above it since they have their own schedule for testing purposes.

EOL Devices and Licenses
When devices go end of life, they currently continue to take up a license in KACE. We would like to keep that device in our inventory list for historical/reference purposes. The only way to free up that license is to remove the device and manually add it back into the system. There should be a way to convert the monitored device to unmonitored so it frees up that license and doesnt cause more work for the staff.

Add lower supported resolutions for the Web UI
Most of our laptops run a vertical resolution of 768px, which is still an industry standard. A minimum supported y resolution of 800 pixels is too low.

CPU Uptime Data
We need a way to effectively track CPU uptime to create smart labels against this. Instead of placing a Date, and I assume a time, value, using the common format of DDD,HH:MM:SS would make a dynamic Smart Label whereas the current method would have to be updated manually.

touch friendly menus
the menu that use fly-outs for sub-selections are not touch friendly. They currently use hover to open and close. Please change the functionality that when they are clicked, they stay open till another selection is made

Blacklist History
We had a recent issue where somehow Internet Explorer was set to DO NOT ALLOW in Software metering. We were able to change it back quickly, before it impacted too many people.
In doing research to see how it happened, we assumed that it would have been capture in Settings\History\Settings - however our history was blank. Even turning everything on, did not show when Allow/Not Allow changes were made.
Would like this added as an available setting to record history on.

There needs to be Kace "Certification" available personnell for personnel operating Kace Solutions. A Kace Certified Administrator (KCA)
Employers like certifications. When you are looking to hire a new employee or when you are evaluating the work of a current employee, their industry certifications are a major factor. Training (like at the Kace Konference) could be the basis for these certifications, with testing at course end to verifiy learning. Employers and Employees would both benefit, as well as would Kace, as certified personnell are some of the best testimonials/advertisements for products and solutions.

A Best Practice Guide - For K1000
Would be nice to have a best practice guide on implementing the K1000.
I think its important for Kace to have a baseline for customers to work within.I found it rather difficult in the early stages of our kace implementation the responses i would get from different members of kace. I also think this might get kace support team on the same playing field. I often find i get a different answer every time i ask the same question. When im trying to achieve the one objective.

We need a section on the KBOX Service Center website that would display all the patches avaible for the K1000 and K2000 with a description of what it will be fixing.
