Modify "Name" field under Operating System to "OS Name" or "Operating System Name"
It just seems inconsistent that only the word "Name" is used for the "Operating System" subset, when "Name" is used by other interfaces/fields/columns for the system or asset name within the SMA. Renaming to "OS Name" or "Operating System Name" would be more consistent with other naming conventions within the SMA.

"Last Inventory" field under Inventory/Devices
Currently the font for this field turns red after a certain amount of time. Usually less than a day! It's not usually an issue if a device hasn't checked in for a day or maybe even a week. People take time off etc. Would be nice to adjust at what time interval the font turns red. In my case I wouldn't want anything less than a week to be red.

Reply All Creates Duplicate Tickets
When a user emails and creates a ticket if they put others on copy and the people on copy "reply all" it creates a duplicate ticket.
I saw where someone else requested this 5 years ago. This is something that needs to be rectified. People are spending too much time hunting down duplicate tickets and merging them instead of actually being able to do meaningful work.

Show total filesize of downloads needed for a specific computer
It would be good to be able to look up a computer and see how many MB of software will be used for its next patch/update. For example, many of our computers are at very low bandwidth remote offices. If a computer somehow needs a large amount of downloads I do not want to push that out during the day because it would slow everyone else's connection at that office down. If I could look to see how much will be needed, I could delay that to a later time.

Improved Service Desk Ticket History
While the ticket history is a great feature to have, we've recently come into a problem where a ticket was deleted and we have no way of knowing who deleted said ticket. It would be a helpful feature if these actions created something in the appliance logs so that we can go through and review them should something like this arise again.
Also of note we've already disabled the feature to prevent ticket deletion, but that disables it for everyone and not selected admins.

Sorting Kace alerts by Created Date or Modified Date do not sort properly.

Scripting Bug in 9.0.270
This bug is casuing me serious headaches! As I cannot send a script to more than 25 machines at a time and when you mange over 500 assets this is a big problem. Seems like you guys could develop a hotfix or a better work around than "Just don't send scripts to more than 25 machines"

Fix drop downs in the admin UI
For example if I click the "service desk" dropdown on the left of the UI, it is actually a link to the "Dashboard" which I have no use for.

When you click on a Device Name, a device detail tab should automatically pop up!
When viewing devices in inventory, it would be ideal if clicking on a device actually generated the device detail to pop up in a new tab instead of having to specifically right-click and open in new tab.
Just a minor annoyance!

Add Forward and Back Navigation Buttons to Device Detail Inventory screen.
It would be nice to be able to move forward or backwards via some navigation buttons when viewing the detail screen for inventory devices. This would help with not alway having to go back to viewing all the devices then selecting another device to view its details.

There's no where in KACE that tells us what Extenstions are installed on Browsers.

Please enable feature to "filter CIR to run to certain devices"
For CIR - though I chose specific Label, it is applied on all devices based on chosen OS. If I chose no Operating system but just the Label, it is not being applied at all.
It is better to have an option to filter CIR to run on certain devices (labels) - this will help to test the CIR in first place on test device.
Also will help to limit the CIR wherever we want it to run.3 votes -
CPU Uptime Data
We need a way to effectively track CPU uptime to create smart labels against this. Instead of placing a Date, and I assume a time, value, using the common format of DDD,HH:MM:SS would make a dynamic Smart Label whereas the current method would have to be updated manually.

integration to crewhu or similar tool for quickly gain metrics of customer satisfaction
The survey tool in kace is limited and a technician can see the results. either build a quick survey tool that gives me as the manager a view on customer satisfaction or integrate to a tool like crewhu.

Be able to rename Inventory and Asset Management menu items
As with Service Desk, which can be renamed to "Helpdesk" or other term your organization needs, why not make 2 other menus that are confusing, able to be changed. We for example would like to rename 'Inventory' to 'Discovery', and 'Asset Management' to 'Inventory', given that we are using KACE for non-discovered inventory items also.

remove case sensitivity to login name
Right now, after a session times out, the login page shows the last user, but capitalizes the name. At least for the built in admin account, the system rejects the login until the name is changed to all lower case.
Please either stop capitalizing the pre-populated name, or remove case sensitivity for the name.

Add true LDAP filtering
I need the ability to filter out a SUB OU from an LDAP label.
We have our AD organized by city, then under the city a couple of special OU's such as IT Computers. I need to exclude the IT computers from patches applied to the OU above it since they have their own schedule for testing purposes.

EOL Devices and Licenses
When devices go end of life, they currently continue to take up a license in KACE. We would like to keep that device in our inventory list for historical/reference purposes. The only way to free up that license is to remove the device and manually add it back into the system. There should be a way to convert the monitored device to unmonitored so it frees up that license and doesnt cause more work for the staff.
