upload indicator
When uploading dependency files to the SMA for both Managed Installs and Scripts, a visual indicator of the progress for the upload would be helpful as I've lost time during uploads of over 1GB a few times from either a browser crashing or simply closing the browser after switching tabs and forgetting that it's uploading.

Quick restore option for recently deleted scripts
Have a quick restore option, for accidentally deleted scripts. Click a button for recently deleted scripts, select the script you wish to restore. It will place it back in the list named "Restored - xxx", where you can then rename it accordingly or get what you need from it.

Add delay for "Scripts" and "Run Now" scripts log collection if script briefly disconnects and re-connects network
When I am running a script that updates the NIC (network interface card) driver or briefly disable and re-enables the NIC, the KACE agent does not report back a success/fail result to the KACE SMA appliance. The script itself succeeds locally on the device, but, the agent doesn't attempt to report the results when network connectivity is restored.
To fix, please allow an administrator to specify a custom results collection delay, in seconds, for scripts that work with network devices. For example, if the admin sets the delay for the KACE agent to wait at least 20 seconds, I'm certain…

Power Management for Windows10 and higher
Currently we already have the Configuration Policy for "Windows Power Management" BUT It's only support WinXP/Vista/7/8 So all of them is EOL now. We should have another version of Windows Power Management support Windows 10 or higher and also MacOS higher version in Configuration Policy template.

Disable Scripts/not visible to be run
When we disable scripts we need it to not be visible to be ran by our tech's. Also if it is disabled it should not be executable that defeats the purpose of being able to disable a script. We would also like the ability to archive scripts for historical purposes for record of what was previously available.

Make "Delete downloaded files" available for scripts
In Managed Installations, there is an option (checkbox) to "Delete downloaded files".
This is great feature as with some installers, if you rerun them, you get the option to uninstall the software it is designed to install. This is counter productive when dealing with software that needs be on the PC as required by company policy.
For these reasons, I would like the same option to be available for Scripting.
Plus, it keeps stagnant executables from accumulating on the PC taking up HDD space.

Run Script at User Login

script modification date and owner
I create and use lots of scripts in kace to do various tasks and I love it. What I don't like is kace changing the last modification date because of some unknown reason (maybe maintenance)
2. It also doesn't show who edited or modified the script. this is importantant to me because we have too many admins.thank you for reading this.

Display labels applied to scripts
Scripts list: Add to the Description which label(s) are applied with the script or add a Column Visibility that would show the labels applied to the script.
For instance the Distribution/Managed Installations has the label applied to the Software. I would like to see something similar for Scripts.

OK/Snooze/Cancel in Script message windows
One of the options in Scripts is to Create a Message Window. This will pop up a KACE alert window with your text and an OK button and will stay on screen until OK is pressed, or the timeout is reached. However, the script will proceed regardless of the state of the Message Window. Please add the ability to choose from
OK
OK/Snooze
OK/Snooze/Cancel
as user options for a Message Window, and have the script wait for user input on the Message Window before continuing. This would give Scripting's Message Windows the same features as alerts in Managed Installs and…6 votes -

LDAP labels should reflect what is really in Active Directory. When you test an LDAP label you get an accurate count. Not so in Devices.
If you use a script to access an LDAP label, you don't get the devices listed in your Active Directory, but those in the K1000 instead. These can be wildly different.

Run a script in run now status with the logged in person running the script to find out who does what.
today for check who executed a script we have to do this:
- Settings › History › Object History > view by : Script and check the execution time and compare it with the "run now" status in : Scripting › Run Now Status.then check who is the user who performed the task.
Would it be possible to have the user directly execute the script in the execution status of the script.

Script outout in a report/attachment
As an Linux administrator, I find kace as a very useful tool when I want to deploy scripts on multiple servers. However I find very difficult to get the output logs.
Please make a progress to get the script output in a file, that can be well utilized to get the command/script output report.1 vote
