Ticket rule option in the wizard to move ticket between queues
Currently in the ticket rule creation wizard there is no option to move the ticket from one queue to another. We recently split one item in a queue into its own separate queue, but people are still creating tickets in the original queue. We would like to search for any newly created ticket in that category and move it to the other queue.

Allow each admin user able to select their own landing page upon login
Allow each admin user able to select their own landing page upon login so some could choose landing page for IT helpdesk and others for example could choose their own say for Asset managment etc.

Make the Software Category field an editable field, currently the values are static and not editable
Currently in the Software section, when editing the specific software record the Category field has predetermined values that cannot be modified. Make the Category field and editable field so that values can be modified and added.

The link to the computer in the Agent Command Queue points to systemui, not adminui
SMA version 12.1.168, when looking in the Agent Command Queue, links look like this: https://kbox.domainname.org/systemui/machine.php?ID=1680&ORG=Default

Restore the ability to see all results of software installs for Software Inventory
We need to restore the ability to see all the devices on one page for installed software. Since V12, we only get 10 results at at time and have to go through 20 pages or more to find users with no ability to even search the results. There should be an "ALL" button here to display the results.

High Availability
It imperative to make the SMA high available. We currently the SMA for our ticketing system, should this go down, our customers/help desk would not be able to create/handle tickets. This would also be beneficial for inventory/patching/etc.

Global Search - Check Boxes for performing actions, deletions, etc
When performing a global search, add check boxes, so we can easily delete from this area. This is when MIA is not an option, we can delete from one screen, instead of manually going to each and every device and deleting from multiple places.

Sorting in Quarantine by Age or in devices by Agent Version
I am not sure if this is the correct category, so please re-categorize if I am wrong.
Sorting by Age or Agent Version is not sorting by the whole number. So 1240 days in Quarantine come before 140 days and before 2 days.
In Inventory \ Devices \ The Agent Version sort also makes it hard to find the most recent version. If you have Agent version 9.1.204, 10.0.113, 10.2.108, and 11.0.123, they will list ascending as: 10.0.113, 10.2.108, 11.0.123, 9.1.204 instead of: 9.1.204, 10.0.113, 10.2.108, 11.0.123 like they should be to find the oldest/newest. Enable embedding attachments to the message
To better enable tracking of issues it would be good if we could embed attachments to messages sent through the SMA ticketing system. There are certain people we open tickets for who are off our network and do not have access to the ticketing system.

Linked Appliance - Share software from the K1 to the K2
I would like to see the ability to share the software from the K1 and use it as a post install task for the K2 image deployment process.
Right now on the K2, we are adding the Post Installation Task and uploading the software into that task. We are also setting up scripts in the K1 to push some of the same software to other systems. It would be easier to upload the software ONE time in the K1 and be able to point at it from the K2.

Need advanced apache functions
Need the ability to rewrite the url from the IP address of the Appliance to the SSL certed name.
Example:
When a user goes to https://123.123.123.123 it should be redirected to https://k1000.mydomain.com.
The reason for this is our companies security scans are flagging this as a security violation which could force us to take Kace offline.

Allow advanced search for devices to filter using the status column.
The status column for devices shows if a computer has a live connection, and this can be sorted, but not filtered.

Ability to add devices into an exclusion setting. Maybe something similar to Ignore Client IP Address Setting.

Configuration option by user for the SMA Device Details to open at your preferred "Deployment Status".
The previous version opened Device Details by default to Deployment Status = Deployment Scheduled. The current version opens by default to Deployment Status = Installed. Set an appliance default to whatever your developers decide, but allow individual SMA users to change the default view in Settings \ Users \ User Detail.

Nutanix AHV / KVM deployment support
Please expand deployment support for new/modern enterprise ready hypervisors such as Nutanix AHV and KVM. KVM image would also be compatible with Proxmox.

syslog enhancement
Syslog can be send very limited kace log data to a remote syslog server on version 10.1.99, but it can't meet the PROD syslog requirements.
It's a very important function, customers use syslog for IA and Compliance requirements.

Ability to select logs to send to syslog server
It would be pretty helpful if we have the ability to select the exact logs which are going to be sent to the remote syslog server. For example: Only Backup Log or Backup Log and Patchdownload Log

Cumulative bar on Task Schedule page
The Task Schedule page introduced in version 9.0 makes distributing tasks easier, but including a bar for the cumulative "busy-ness" of the appliance would be fantastic. Currently, when looking at the chart you need to scroll up and down to get a sense of the times when the appliance is least busy. Adding a line that gives an indication of how many tasks are running at a given time would make identifying busy and non-busy times easier.

Add Log for Updates to show who kicked it off
Just came across where one of the admins kicked off the appliance update. Went to the log and Update portion and did not show which admin kicked it off. No Show History on the page. Current workaround is to give admin near admin access by creating a role and only blocking appliance section.
