Export option for the "Task Schedule"
This would be a feature similar to the other export option buttons, where it would give you the option to export into an excel, pdf, or html document, and then the schedule would be able to be in a visual fashion and is much easier to keep track of patches going on when it is color coded right in front of your face.

OAuth 2.0 for outbound emails from Reporting
Looks like the only way to send reports is via the "Network Settings" section - which only uses SMTP Auth currently. If we could use OAuth 2.0 to send reports out it would be massively helpful :)

When using the wizard, there is no option to add clauses or commands like "Alter Table", "RENAME COLUMN" or "AS" to rename a column on syntax, the best option will be to create this report using the SQL option which gives you more flexibility to create a customized query as desired.
This might also be a good enhancement for the KACE SMA Reporting module, feel free to submit this idea in our KACE UserVoice portal https://kace.uservoice.com/ so it might get included in a future releases.

Have an out-of-box report that captures the systems in Pending Reboot state
Have a out-of-box report for Windows System State is "pending Reboot" that is not tied to the Patching status of a device. I think this would require multiple Custom Inventories to properly search Registry for all the areas where "pending reboot" could be indicated

add a device detail report
It would be very useful to have a device detail report that looks like the device detail. Categories and organized instead of tons of columns like it displays now.

API calls from system account
It would be ideal on org-enabled SMAs if we had the ability to make API calls at a system level using a system account rather than having to use an org account to pull data from each individual org.

Reports saved to folder
It would be very helpful to be able to have scheduled reports saved to a folder location (network share) as an additional option to e-mail.

Sometime it can take a lot of effort to obtain the Custom Inventory desired. Once the information is obtained, the cif needs to be deleted to stop the unnecessary processing.
It would be nice if there was an option to Disable Custom Inventory Fields to stop the unnecessary processing when it is is not needed, but easily reactivated when needed.1 vote -
Allow configuration of PDF orientation when exporting reports
Some reports could greatly benefit when exporting if they could come out landscape.

Create a report wizard for patching
A simple report wizard that allows you to point to a patching label and outputs Machine name, number patches needed by that machines, # successes, # errors and %. Maybe the ability to specify severity level...
Example output: Test-machine1 20 19 1 95%
Seems like every org would need this without having someone with SQL scripting and SMA knowledge to have to create it.

Reporting - Definition of the CSV output file
My use case was:
I need an inventory report for the billing of licenses for our customers.
Unfortunately the billing software only reads CSV files with the following definition:
- semicolon separated (default is comma seperated)
- UTF8 (default is )
- only text fields are between quotation marks (default is all fields are between quotation marks)After my unsuccessful searching for an option to define the creation of a Reporting CSV file I contacted the support and I was told that there is no option to define the CSV output file. Patching Snooze Report for agents/machines
Please add a report that can show how many times a user snoozed the patch job. This can come in handy when a user complains about issues on the machine who refused to do the updates.

Report for time to opened status
It would be beneficial to have a canned report for time from new to open status that accounts for business hours to report on SLA based upon ticket type.

Add the option to use Report Wizard AFTER a report was created
Need an option to use the Report Wizard (or SQL) after a report is created. We have reports that were created using the Wizard but that option is no longer available to edit/adjust the report.

Software Version Reporting - Maintain a list of "Most Current Published Version" software titles
Currently, maintaining software and patching on machines with software which automatically updates itself is rather difficult, because of the way KACE addresses software versions. I'm finding that if a software package undergoes a major build number change, and the new build number doesn't match a managed install, KACE will overwrite the automatically updated version of the software package with its older version.
It would be absolutely lovely if KACE was able to maintain an ordered listing of the most current version of a given software title within its inventory the way it monitors patch versions etc, so we could label…
