How can we improve the SMA?

  2. Prevent organizations from over subscribing their licenses

    Currently the KACE SMA license number is shared among all the organizations in the KACE SMA and we can't limit the number of license which the organizations use. This sometimes lead to certain organization over subscribe the license number which they were assigned to use. There should be some method to set the number of licenses which each organization can use to prevent over subscription.

  3. Set MIA settings at system level when ORGs are enabled

    I need to be able to set and lock the MIA settings in all orgs from the system level. I would like to be able to remove the MIA options from the ORG console.

  4. Make customers using multiple Organizations aware of defect "id K1-19980" in version 9.0.270 so we can better utilize our system.

    Since we’ve upgraded our K1000 Appliance to Version: 9.0.270, the Organization filters do not work and devices get put into the Default Org. Now we have to manually force the device to move to the correct Org, as we have 3 Orgs in our K1000. Once the device is moved to the correct Org we have to force inventory on that device so our label will get picked up and install the designated software. We then need to manually delete the device in both inventory and assets from the Default Org. This is taking away from our automated process and…

  5. Link that selects specific org

    I'd like the ability to pre-select an org based on the link. E.g., https://kace.blah/?org=ORG1

    We have several orgs and want to send users to the right org with little intervention from them.

    I saw the suggestion for logging users in based on orgs, but we have some users across multiple orgs.

  6. system level jobs

    As an admin, I would like a way to manage more things from a system level. For example, have default software jobs, scripts, smart labels, etc that are required on every or certain orgs, that an ORG-level admin can not turn off.

  7. Additional filter options with Organizations

    There needs to be more filter options available with the Organization settings to filter by common WMI inventory information - such as Win32_OperatingSystem OSType to seperate Server and Workstation OS's.

  8. Option to change settings for ALL or 1 organization from the System Org

    In our environment, we require multiple organizations. Many times, I need to make the same change to all orgs, and it takes a lot of time to edit each organization. I would like the option to "apply changes to all organizations" so that I don't have to spend all my time going through each org to make a simple change.
