Allow Work field to be set as required
Would like the ability to set the work section in the service desk as required. Currently, tickets can be closed without adding any work to them.

Have it more configurable too. Like being able to set it somewhere in a template that is outside the Comment/History/Work bundle. Also if we could make it easier to use, some of us only provide time spent on ticket (total minutes/hours for exemple) instead fo a real date-time stamp of the period worked on it. Having 'both' options could be nice.
