For what it's worth.. I contacted support and there is, 1) no workaround and, 2) No ETA (that they can share at least) of this being added back in

This absolutely needs to be supported, not sure why it was taken out either. We have a lot of customers who send digitally signed emails and cannot keep affording to take extra time to reach back out to them for the body of their ticket!

This is extremely frustrating as our clients use digital certificates and the tickets come out blank or with no attachment. We have to contact the user outside of the ticketing system so that we can communicate. This is counter productive and defeats the purpose of the service desk.

This is quite burdensome to have to remove the signature every time we submit a ticket!

Has anyone found a workaround for this yet? We have a lot of users who digitally sign their email and blank tickets are NOT useful!

The service desk should accept digitally signed emails. Our users typically use a digital certificate and automatically sign all emails. when a digitally signed email is sent to the service desk, the email is blank and you do not see any text. This used to work in previous versions... not sure why it was taken out.
