Purge users not existing in Active Directory from KACE
Using KACE now for half a year we already have hundreds of stale user objects in KACE not existing in Active Directory (or employee at all) anymore.
It would be helpful to have the ability to purge users from KACE during regular user import.
It would also be helpful to be able to modify roles during import.

There is an archive user feature in KACE. Purging users may have unintended consequences on related records.

Ahbsolutely a needed feature in the k1. We have custom reports that run custom sql queries which rely on users imported from active directory.
The k1 needs to be able to update the latest import and delete (or scavenge) all
the users deleted from active directory.
Or else we have to manually go through the imports from the AD to delete stale users -

Agree, though perhaps give us an option that we can set as a default for the automated update from AD: to purge the users no longer in AD, or to mark them as disabled in some way (so that old tickets, inventory assignments, etc. would not be affected by a purge of that associated user)?
