Give option to completely disable satisfaction survey.
We would like to remove ability to completely suppress the survey email sent to users. We currently have it disabled, but the users still get email notifications.

We were told that the surveys will continue to send (even if the steps outlined in article 111332 are applied) unless we turn off emails when comments are posted. If we turn off emails when comments are posted, users will not know we have worked on their tickets. We are requesting the ability to disable/turn off the sending of any/all satisfaction surveys queue by queue. Hoping this can be reviewed for future releases. We get very frustrated users. Thank you!

This option might be good for a small organization, but not a large one with many different queues.

Really need this feature returned to the KACE service desk. I have multiple queues and some of them do not need surveys sent out.

I'm running into the same problem. I've hidden the field in the Queue configuration but users are still getting the emails.
What's really strange is this just started happening this week. We've never had these email notifications sent to users until now. Our current application version is 7.0.

This really needs to be a configurable option and according to support, was in 6.3 and prior. Seems that it was just overlooked in 6.4 and beyond. Since the survey can be hidden, the option to stop the email should be enabled as well.
