I agree - we would like to change the button text since not all requests are problems, and we would like to choose a color and be able to position the button differently on the screen (center it)

I need to be able to change the text of this button. Not all tickets are "problems", sometime people just need help. Maybe I would use the text "Open a Ticket". Ultimately this field should be admin editable.
