How can we improve the SMA?

All ORGs can see and select all data across orgs

Right now ORGs are seperated, It would be nice to be able to select things that are across all ORGs such as software, selfservice helpdesk software etc.

    Furthermore, I would appreciate a System level ODBC connection that would allow viewing of data from the KBSYS db and *ALL* ORGs.
