Allow HTML in comments
Is is possible to have the comments area HTML so that I could make certain are words bold, italic, etc.

This has been implemented, right? Like a couple years ago? Whoever monitors these is doing a poor job of it.

This should include shared links (if we send back a link to a response resource) and inline images. Links can be a slippery slope, I'm sure, but at the very least please stop butchering links. Right now links that are included in comments get invisible characters put between each character and the link cannot be copied and pasted.

Adding links to a Fileshare or something in the comment would be great.

And it should preserve the format of HTML messages sent to the support desk, including in-line images, font color, size, style, etc.

When adding a comment to a ticket would be good to add basic formatting like Bold, Itallic, colour etc

when attaching a KB article in a help ticket kace should be able to deal with HTML code to a link with out having the whole code apear in the ticket and email. Or have the link direct you back to the article.
