As Dell Support now require Express code with their phone support it would be ideal to see if possible to get the Express code details for a machine and record this on KACE 1100.

Good Idea, we have the same Problem here. It would be great to have the Express Code within Inventory Information.

You can either use the info found at http://creativyst.com/Doc/Articles/HT/Dell/DellNumb.htm to create a script that will make this value accessible to KACE via a custom inventory rule, or you can use the calculator provided by Dell at http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/my_systems_info/express_service_code?c=us&cs=555&l=en&s=biz to convert the serial number found in KACE to express service code.
Great idea. Saves time of having to separately track the Express Service Code of the machines, and the delayed time in your team or Dell support team, having to track it from Service Tag only.
