How can we improve the SMA?

LogMeIn Integration

I would like to see some integration with LogMeIn, similar to Bomgar and UVNC. It would sure help to be able to start a remote session with LogMeIn from the Kace system like you can with other applications.

    Ammyy Admin is great but is there anyway to integrate it with Kace K1000 device actions?

    here's what I have so far. It starts Ammyy Admin but I would have to enter the host ip manually "C:\\[location of ammyy admin]\AA_v3.exe" KACE_HOST_IP

    It's supposed to have the host ip entered when Ammyy admin starts but that is not working.
