When creating a Smart Label, we shouldn't have to wait for the next inventory of an object or force a manual inventory/check-in etc before a Smart Label is applied to it.

But rather than forcing a Smart Label to be applied, provide an option during Smart Label creation to apply the label immediately or not.

As noted in the admin documentation, forcing a manual check-in of all devices is not recommended in large environments, so the existing suggestion of forcing a check-in after creating a Smart Label is not a workable solution to this problem.
