Knowledge base version control
Version control would be awesome. Then knowledge base could be better used for help/instruction/rules documentation. Without versioning the changes made to documentation are not tracked and this is generally required from the quality perspective. The writer and perhaps the reviewer should also be included as a field.

I would also add that we should have the ability to reset the meta data like Rating/Votes/Views once an article has been updated. If we completely re-wrote the article and kept the same ID# because a lot of other articles are linked to it or people already have the link saved, we should be able to reset Ratings/Views/Votes to keep a better understanding whether we have improved the article after the re-write.

If you click the "Show all history" button at the top right of the KB, you'll know who created/edited/etc.

This should be linked into the Dashboard, show how each update might have negative/positive effects on previous version.
