Option to suppress "KACE SMA offboard backup is not enabled" message
Please give an opt-in option to suppress the "KACE SMA offboard backup is not enabled" banner at the top of the home screen. While I understand the need and benefit of this feature, for users who are already utilizing a backup solution (such as Veeam), we may not wish to turn on the SMA offboard backup solution.
It would be nice to have the option to suppress this message with a setting perhaps located on the backup configuration page, so users who already have an backup solution in place do not have to sacrifice screen space with the banner.

Yes, we would also like to suppress this message. We do not use this functionality as well, so it would be nice to suppress it. Our users see this and they think something is seriously wrong with the appliance.

If the banner can't be suppressed, then can we at least get the option to utilize rsync to offboard the backups? I mean, I'm sure one could do it from the terminal, but it'd be nice to have that option in the web GUI.

It would be good to have an option to disable this message if required with the caveat regarding supported backups. We have this running in our VMWare environment and execute a full image backup nightly. We have had to restore this entire image twice in the past 5 years with no issues using this method as we restore the entire environment.

This is an extremely heavy handed, intrusive, and annoying banner.

I agree, allow the option to suppress the message if it has been acknowledged.

If my 3rd party backup solution fails I have larger problems than my Kace database. I understand the reason but please let the users choose to suppress this. Having every admin across the US tell me weekly about this error is annoying.
