Asset Management (Purchases) - Purchase Grouping, More Fields, Reporting & More!
Hello. I think it would be awesome if multiple items could be added to a Purchase. It would also be great if there were fields for taxes and fees. Also having a total column would help identifying purchases when it comes time to budget. Currently I do not see any reporting for purchases. As an IT Manager, it would be awesome to have the ability to run reports to see what you have spent with a specific Vendor for specific date range. What would take that even further is the ability to run a report for a location. Say our company have 8 locations, I could run a purchase report for Location #1. Related dashboard widgets that would show a running tally and link to reports would be fancy. Also, having the ability to link multiple purchases to a Service Desk ticket would help for tracking purposes. Thanks for everything that you guys do!
