How can we improve the SMA?

import labels

Allow labels to be imported from csv. This would make arbitrary (non-smart) labelling much easier.

    YES!!!! I have a software push for 450 devices. The 24/7 call center agents work different schedules. Having the option to import the devices from a .csv file into the Devices field of the script would be awesome! For now I'm typing each one in manually because there is no way for me to create a label.

    Yes * 1000. We have hundreds of job titles that need to be user labels.
