Radial button to select duplicate detection method
Option button to force appliance to use only KUID for duplicate detection on appliance instead of duplicate detection criteria
Enabling the radio button would use only KUID for SMA to detect if it already exists in the assets. Option not enabled would use current detection method for duplicates.
