Service Desk all queues since replace with created
The value has been entered in all queues since, this does not help us because we do not want to know how many hours the ticket is already open. We want to know when it was created.
The value created is available in specific queues, so you can see at a glance when the ticket was created.
The value opened since brings little in a table view.
Please complete all queues with the value created
