Right now in the device detail for our computers there's a link next to the IP of each device to connect to bomgar, however I would say it's more common for companies/businesses to use Microsoft Remote Desktop (we do). With Covid-19 disallowing universities to go back to campus, I think it'd be helpful if the SMA had an RDP link as an action item in that same location.
