Helpdesk - 'Next/Previous Ticket' Button
Include a 'Next Ticket' and 'Previous Ticket' button on the individual ticket view.

This is pretty a standard part of many user interfaces. Please implement this in v. 11.

This would make it a lot easier to search for a ticket with specific comments. Specially when it's not your ticket. I find myself clicking on a ticket, scrolling down, having to go back and scrolling back down to where I was to select another ticket.
With this feature, we could easily cycle through tickets until we find the right one. -

Good idea. Should probably be based on the view from which you accessed the ticket. Alternately default view.
