Dell SupportAssist close integration
Wouldn’t it be great if Quest could pull in health information and other information in from Dell SupportAssist? What about if they could link you over to Dell Tech Direct and initiate a self dispatch?
You would then have predictive failures and etc. all right in one tool! You could create tickets because the battery health is less than 60%. You could create tickets because there is a predictive failure for the HD and dispatch of a Dell tech is created and added to the ticket.
This is somewhat like AI making decisions based upon health information.
