Email Notification when ticket moved to different Queue
When a ticket is moved from a queue to another queue allow the ability to send an email notification to the queue owners.

This is typically handled with a ticket rule, as most teams have wildly different requirements and expectations.

In the Email on Events section of the Queue Email Settings, there is a column for Queue Owners with only 2 checkboxes available for notifications. If the ability to check a box for status change was available, then we could receive an email when it is moved to an owner's queue by making an SOP to update status from New to Open upon moving.

What I think we need is this to be added as a trigger in the email settings for ticket queues.
It may be possible to build it manually with SQL rules, but I have to imagine this is such a commonly needed feature that it should be featured in the "Email on Events" section in the queue email settings -

This should be included in this software. tickets should fire off an email when transferred between queues so owners of the new queue are alerted a ticket is there now
