Block comments after "Closed" status
We'd like the option to block the user from commenting on a closed ticket. By now, users can send comments thinking it'll reopen the ticket, but we don't receive any updates. Blocking comments on closed tickets would make the user see "This ticket is now closed. If you need support, please open a new ticket."

We need the possibility to lock tickets when they are finished and we need also a distinction between a "resolved" status (where tickets can be reopened) and a "closed" state where tickets cannot be reopened, remain read-only - also in the event of an e-mail reply or when an e-mail is sent with tags to change ticket-fields (e.g. @status) those changes must be rejected then...
