Allow Ticket Rules to insert SQL Variables ($variable) in Append Comment To Ticket the same way as E-mail query results works
We need the ability in Ticket Rule Detail to be able to insert SQL Variables into the Append Comment to Ticket field in the same way as E-mail query results works by substituting the correct SQL value for the $variable_name.
Cujrrently, if a variable is used, the Ticket comment inserted shows it as $variable_name rather than substituting the correct SQL column value.
