    5.4 has now been made GA. Contact Support in order to have the build advertised to your appliance.

  3. smtp authentication

    Hi,

    Currently Kbox 1000 series needs anonymous authentication to relay messages through smtp server.

    Most of the organizations doesn't allow anonymous access or some of them don't even have SMTP servers inside their organizations as they are hosted with ISP.

    It becomes difficultly in such situation to configure smtp server for email alterting / sending reports through email.

    I believe Dell Kace team should consider adding a feature to Network Settings -> SMTP Server -> to use authentication.

    This was delivered as part of the 5.5 release in August 2013

  5. Add HD_Ticket.Resolution to Reporting Wizard

    Add the HD_Ticket.Resolution to the Kbox1000 Reporting Wizard so that reports can show resolutions on helpdesk tickets.
