customize user home page
I would like to be able to customize the user portal layout, buttons, colors, and vocabulary. The current layout is not spaced very well. Everything looks cluttered. Users are also having a hard time with the quick actions button. It doesn't look like a clickable button until it is hovered over. I'd also like to be able to change the vocabulary inside. Same with entering a ticket. Save and Apply Changes are 2 different things. Can we just have a submit button?

New Idea for Backups
I would like to see an option where you can schedule a shutdown of the Kace appliance or database to allow a VMware snapshot to be taken. In our situation we have a large deployment where the Kace backup takes 6 to 8 hours a night to backup. During this time the system is very slow due to the backup. Having such an option would reduce the backup time of the database from hours to minutes.

Sometime it can take a lot of effort to obtain the Custom Inventory desired. Once the information is obtained, the cif needs to be deleted to stop the unnecessary processing.
It would be nice if there was an option to Disable Custom Inventory Fields to stop the unnecessary processing when it is is not needed, but easily reactivated when needed.1 vote -
Reports saved to folder
It would be very helpful to be able to have scheduled reports saved to a folder location (network share) as an additional option to e-mail.

Prevent organizations from over subscribing their licenses
Currently the KACE SMA license number is shared among all the organizations in the KACE SMA and we can't limit the number of license which the organizations use. This sometimes lead to certain organization over subscribe the license number which they were assigned to use. There should be some method to set the number of licenses which each organization can use to prevent over subscription.

initial setup restore - fix gray text
selecting restore / migration - gray text on page tells you to use ftp for files over 4gb. First off, this only shows up when you click the ? beside uploads. This needs to be shown without having to click the ?. Second, it says to start ftp with the startftpd command after logging in with diag. You cant upload files to the newer one without using the "-w" switch for startftpd. Might want to also mention the version of kace on this page and a disclaimer that the backup files you are restoring need to be the same version.…

Built-in translation tool for Summary/Comment fields
We are using the Service Desk worldwide.
It would be great if there could be the possibility to automatically translate the text entered by the user into another language for the Summary and Comment fields.For example DeepL (https://www.DeepL.com) could be integrated.

Have an option to only install patches on machines with no user logged in
I would like to option to only install patches on a machine if no user is logged in. There are numerous patches in KACE that will stop the program if a patch is installed while the program is being used. It would be helpful to have to option to only install those patches when no user is logged into the machine. This would eliminate the risk of a program being shut down while being used. This is important for us because management does not allow us to prompt users for patch installs or reboots.

Better options for ALL scheduling
Everywhere there is scheduling functionality involving the agents, there needs to be an "agent timezone" option. This is currently available in Patch Schedules, but is absent in places like Scripts and Task Chains. This setting being absent causes a ton of extra, unnecessary work when we need to schedule something to run at a certain time of day according to the time zone of the endpoint.

detect patches installed on managed device, and install those exact patches on a different device
Detect patches installed on a pc, and deploy those patches to a pc that may be missing them. Currently only way i could accomplish this was to used the device details in the inventory section. there under SECURITY, i could see the result of the patches installed. Had then click on them one by one all 30 and give them a manual label. Then i was able to use that label to deploy. the Patch Smart Label or some way to do this more efficient would be great.

script modification date and owner
I create and use lots of scripts in kace to do various tasks and I love it. What I don't like is kace changing the last modification date because of some unknown reason (maybe maintenance)
2. It also doesn't show who edited or modified the script. this is importantant to me because we have too many admins.thank you for reading this.

create users in ticket
Ability to manually type an email for the "submitter" of a ticket and not draw from the database of "users". Or the ability to quickly create a 'user' in the ticket. The end result of this is we want it to send our clients an email on close of the ticket. We are unable to have users create their own tickets and we are unable to import users for various reasons.

Asset Import select Asset ID as PK
Add the ability when importing computer assets (or any) to use the Asset ID field as a PK for doing bulk asset updates where you may have some name duplication but you know the asset ID.

Add multiple tasks per schedule
Add multiple tasks per schedule:

and so on...We have devices that never get patch on the same day/week every month.
