Add Filter for Software Catalog to filter out Windows Installation folders
We find many built in Windows features (like games) that are not installed, but KACE K1000 thinks they are because the installation source files are saved and locked under a Windows Folder. We cannot delete these files, the games are not installed, but the K1000 thinks they are. Bad for audits

Still waiting for this one. There are common folders that would have files that are excluded. Such as downloads or my docs.

I agree. There are some folders that need to be excluded or included for the catalog scanning. Just having this ability to adjust where the scan is happening would go a long way in cutting down a lot of extra noise in the cataloged data. We struggle with continually coming across a discovered executable that is just on the system but is not actually installed. This causes many hours of work to sift through who uses software and who just happens to have it in a folder.
