View and select category from drop-down when creating a New Ticket From Queue
It would be very helpful to be able to view a drop-down of the categories available within each queue (and select one) when using the New Ticket From Queue option. Right now, you have to pick a queue and create a ticket in order to see what categories are in the queue, then cancel and select a different queue if it's not the right one.

If the option to select queue and category could also be made available when moving a ticket to a different queue, then the default Owner would not be assigned/notified unnecessarily when you wish to move the ticket to a category other than the default. It would eliminate the need to change the category and owner after moving the ticket to the queue.
