Log Sent Emails in Ticket History
In the History section of a ticket: Would like KACE to log an entry in history whenever an email is sent out related to a particular ticket. Should list the email template used and the email address(es) it was sent to. Would also be helpful to specify whether each recipient was an Owner, Submitter, Approver, Ticket CC, or Category CC.
This would ensure that all communications related to the ticket could be viewed under the History tab.

This would be extremely handy. In previous help desk products we've used, a log entry was made in the ticket history when an action was triggered. When emailing a user, it would log the timestamp, the From, To, CC, and BCC fields. We used this to confirm an email had actually been sent to a client. Useful in cases where clients don't reply to update tickets.
