this will definitely be a nice add-in. at least have some sort of widget to be added on sharepoint to point KACE userportal like the Announcements, Tickets, and Knowledgebase. Our announcements are on both areas. Knowledgebase on 2 areas as well.

I would love to have my users be able to work from a mobile, laptop, desktop, etc. through KACE. I have a robust SharePoint solution and am rolling out the next gen version.

Very interested in combining information and making this information more functional.

we would like to see a sharepoint front-end to Kace to allow users to pick from a menu of available services etc

This could be very nice. Sharepoint web-part that could display possible managed installations for an user, run a "patch my system now" task, and link between service desk, KB and reports features.
Currently we are using another solution for ticketing because the main portal is our Sharepoint server

Providing users the ability use KACE with SharePoint would be a great way for users to track SharePoint tasks and KACE tickets all at once. Any word on a possible plugin?

Have there been any updates or traction on this idea? The company I work for would also like an integration point between SharePoint and KACE if you alreay have one or a way to pass XML from SharePoint to KACE or vice versa, that would be very helpful.

Yes, if you could link KACE to other applications via a webservice (API) or something would be very beneficial.

We are also looking from something along these lines. We are a Dell and SharePoint heavy company. An integration between the 2 would be awesome.
