Ability to change the big quick action buttons text
In the end user portal, in the home page, the big button to open a ticket is not well translated in french, it's not very clear for a user. It would be nice to have the possibility to customize these buttons, particularly the text

We're an educational institution and this would be a great feature to have. My IT director is a little worried that the "Need help? Report it" button doesn't stand out as the actual way to submit a ticket so we'd like to be able to modify the text to something like "Submit a ticket by clicking here."

We need this ability as well. The Kace 1000 isn't used for problems only, users don't want to click "I have a problem" when trying to request hardware or building maintenance.
We really need this as well. We would also like to add our own action buttons with other text for workflows. Seems to be a super simple thing to do by allowing us to program the html code, but I'm told only developers have that access.....At least custom text or allowing us to chagne the image to our own for the action buttons would be a huge help....
