Add trigger based e-mail alerts
All events in the KBox should have e-mail alert triggers, including script events, loss of AMP connectivity, etc.
For example, a script would have the option to send a customizable e-mail message in the "Remediation" section of a task.

I would like to see this as we can set an alert on a machine that loses its amp connection but its done in sql so not wizard driven and also will send an email at the schedule set if its still down. It would be good to have an intelligent alart that emails when it goes down and doesn't email again if its stays down.

I would like to set up an alert email when my K1000 kicks off a patching schedule. So my department will be informed through email when Kace is patching.

I had a failed harddrive last week and no notification email. I would think this would be a given that you would get a notification on an event like that!!!
I agree. Everything should have an option for an alert. This would go a long way to make the box a better admin tool in the SMB market.
