Tickets change color the longer the ticket goes unanswered
Currently in order to achieve this, there is alot of SQL coding and the most that can change color is the font. I'd like to see the entire background of the ticket (while showing all tickets in a Q) change colors when the ticket goes past 6 hours unanswered, 24 hours unanswered, and 48 hours unanswered.

Yep would be nice to have color coding in KACE-SMA similar to TrackIT it was very useful.

TrackIT! allows you to do this and it was very nice to be able to see ticket age based on the background color in the queue. Allowed managers to know at a glance if tickets weren't being handled in a timley manner.
