Ability to modify the category of tickets in bulk
Similar to bulk update of status or owner on the ticket summary screen. I recognize that you would need to code for n levels of hierarchy depending on the number of subcategories that are configured.
Yes please, it's a real pain now to restructure everything.

Yes please! You can multi-select and change statuses, owners, etc. but not categories? This stops us from keeping our ticket categorization as clean as it needs to be because we need to change the categories on each ticket individually.

The ability to bulk modify any field for a number of tickets should be a standard feature in help desk!
