View Multiple Queues - Single Page
It would be great if you could display multiple "separate" queues while in helpdesk. Maybe show the top 10-20 (can configure layout) from each queue in their own area, that are still sortable and functional.
We have the need to monitor multiple queues and could see a great benefit seeing multiple queues on a single screen. Instead of each queue seprate.

KACE use to be able to create a custom view and look into different queues, but it seems to be gone now in 6.4

That is a great idea. This also links to the requests that KACE desperately needs a DASHBOARD for it's HELPDESK module, like it does for it's Service Management.
